All That You Don’t Know About Electrical Generators

There has been much fuss about electrical generators in the recent times, especially in the wake of the world getting hit by natural calamities and grid power failures becoming a routine in many parts of this planet’s urbanized world.

Personally, I have written a lot on Electrical Generators in the last three months as part of my work assignments. Frankly speaking, I got paid to write that stuff by the person to whose website the outbound links from my blogs and articles pointed to. I don’t think I have done anything wrong, as I have tried to balance the facts and the interests in a manner such that almost half of my writings endorsed the products that my writings were supposed to, and the rest emphasized on the naked facts and unbiased opinions stemming from a neutral, scientific mind.

I am an engineering graduate and my specialization has been electronics since my undergrad days, but due to my interest and knowledge about other areas of engineering, I researched a lot on electrical generators, especially Diesel Generators, before writing those pieces. The result, apart from writing a staggering amount of words on those topics, has been such that I have become a mini expert on those topics.

I had to research on the general aspects of different types of electrical generators, including its working principles (same for different types, the differences are based on fuel and engine construction), the market dynamics, the New Diesel Generators (I focused mainly on that) and the upcoming advancements, the legacy models and the Used Diesel Generators (it was necessary because without knowing the past one cannot understand the present, let alone guess the future), the advantages and the drawbacks, the key points to remember before buying, the best prices, the testing parameters, the maintenance tips and many other things that are better not mentioned if I am going to finish this blog post within the stipulated word limits.

The material, in its expanse and depth, have been overwhelming and I have gained enough knowledge to proclaim myself as an expert in this domain, not that I am going to be a professional one, but I am in a position to give decent advice on any topic related to electrical generators. Also, I have endorsed a lot two specific brands – F G Wilson Generators and Perkins Generators. I did that partly because it was my job and partly because those two brands are truly great. If you don’t believe, you can google the names and can research for yourself. I was so hooked to those brands that I have even developed a weak bias for the two. But I strongly advise you on this last ever piece of blog I am writing on this topic, that you can also explore other brands as well and take the final call that solely rests with you.
